Our Traditional Droëwors is made using grass-fed beef chuck steak from South Australian and Tasmanian beef from producers that include Cape Grim, 36º South and Bass Strait Beef. Simply spiced, filled into a natural casing and then air-dried. Moreish yet satisfying snacking.
