In Brazil, the 'Picanha', as it is known, is the most desirable cut of beef. Luckily for us, the rump cap is less popular and still excellent value. The rump cap is a thin, lean muscle that covers the top of the rump. It can be used as an alternative to skirt or flank steaks. Utterly superb roasted for 4-5 people. Each rump cap is between 1.5-1.8kg
