The famous South African coil sausage. Ours is all lean grass-fed beef seasoned with black pepper, coriander seeds and a secret spice mix. Full of flavour and best barbequed whole to be cut after cooking. Serve on fresh, crunchy bread rolls. One coil is about a kilogram.
