Our fresh (not pickled/corned) grass-fed brisket, trimmed and slow-braised until meltingly tender. Great for entertaining and the Jewish Holy Days.

You have two options to choose from:

- our rich, slightly sweet Asian-style BBQ sauce (pictured). This is quite similar to South African style 'Coca-Cola' brisket.

Or

- Root veggies, red wine and beef stock.
