Our droëwors is made using grass-fed beef chuck steak from South Australian and Tasmanian beef from producers that include Cape Grim, 36º South and Bass Strait Beef. Simply spiced, filled into a natural casing and then air-dried.

Our peri-peri droëwors is perfect for those that love a spicy kick. Bold flavour with fiery heat makes this a favourite amongst both staff and customers. Moreish yet satisfying snacking.
